Dear Claudette, we are all so sad. You brought so much love, care, laughs and joy to us, and DWB will never be the same without you. You will ALWAYS live on in our hearts!
Lots of love from your ol drinking buddy from Australia

Angel Claudette:
You brought so much love and joy to our lives. Your love for all creatures and humans alike was exemplified in all the ways you reached out to others and you will forever be missed. Such a shining star on earth and now you will shine even brighter from the heavens. So blessed to have known you and grateful for all the love and support given to us over the years.
You will forever be in our hearts,
Marsha & Joe

There are no words that can truly convey the sense of loss and grief that we are all feeling over the loss of our dear friend, Claudette Hudson.
I know for a fact that I am a better person for having the priviledge of knowing her – and I also know that the world was a much better place with her in it. If I can lead my life to be half the person that she was – I will be doing okay. To quote various DWB members – she was an angel right here on earth.
It comforts me somewhat that she will now be looking after all our Rainbow Bridge pups – and always watching over us.
I will miss her so much – she was not only our friend, she was family……………..

An icon of the dog blog community and a wonderful lady. She will be missed. I hope that she is enjoying the attention of all our furry friends over the Rainbow Bridge.

I didn't know Claudette and wasn't familiar with her blog. It's clear from the multiple posts in blogland that she is well loved and will live in the hearts of people whose hearts she touched. I hope that the memories you shared will bring solace to those who mourn her passing and always a smile. Please accept me sincere condolences for your loss.
Touch me…
and I shall touch another.
And if any others feel my touch
It was your touch that took me to eternity
And if that touch is strong enough
we will never be the same, ever again.
Whether we walk together, or apart.

We never met face to face… But I always felt so close to Claudette. Her brave spirit, her power, her joy… She was always there for you when you needed an advice… I can't believe that this beautiful person isn't here anymore…
Rest In Peace sweet Claudette! I'm sure we will meet someday!

Colorful balloons will rise to the heavens today, Claudette. In celebration of your life, your love and every contribution you made to your DWB family. We will all miss you so … your tender caring, gentle humor and all your positive and supportive comments. You've made a huge impact on a world of people. We who've known you already knew what an amazing woman you were. Now those that are just meeting you through the outpouring of love will feel the warmth and strength of your memory. Rest in peace, dear woman. Nuzzle and cuddle with your furbabies. Watch over us. Send messages on the wind (we'll be watching for them … even last night we were sure we felt one). And, Claudette. One last thing: thank you so very very much for the loving support and encouragement you have given MyGirl. It meant the world to both of us.
Godspeed and peace. Watch for those balloons.

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

I didn't know this wonderful lady and I am sad I never got to know her. From everything I have read on here and on face-book she sounded an amazing, caring, loving person with a very big heart. You have my sincere condolences for the loss of such a treasure friend, DWB member and true animal lover.

it was time and god needed a helping hand with the rainbow bridge furry angels. they longed for a two legger to keep them company and throw the ball and chase them down the purple hills. help them pick off the treats from the trees and cuddle and kiss them. who else was better equipped for this job than our angel claudette. we will miss you greatly but we know that you will greet us at the gates to the rainbow bridge with our furry angels when we meet again. run with the wind ,,,,,
